TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to your purchases, and your use of, the website snowsledsonline.com. The terms constitute an agreement between you and Snowsledsonline, 12 Venenweg Zwanenburg-Amsterdam, 1161, The Netherlands (hereinafter “Snowsledsonline ” or “we”). By making a purchase and using this website, you agree to the following terms. We, therefore, ask you to read the terms and conditions carefully before using our site.
Orders
Your order constitutes a request to purchase a specific product (s) from Snowsledsonline. When you place your order, you will receive an e-mail in which Snowsledsonline confirms receipt of your order. This confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to Snowsledsonline approval and subject to availability. Snowsledsonline will send an e-mail confirming that the product has been sent to you (Ship Notification). The agreement between you and Snowsledsonline is concluded when Snowsledsonline sends the Delivery Information.
Orders can only be made by persons 18 years of age or older who are not under guardianship. Orders made in someone else’s name without their consent will be notified to the police. The same applies to any orders where Snowsledsonline suspects crimes. Snowsledsonline reserves the right to change or correct prices on orders received. If a given price for a product is incorrect, Snowsledsonline may cancel the purchase, and if the customer has paid for the product. Snowsledsonline will refund the money to the customer.
Snowsledsonline has no liability in case products are sold out, any price errors, stock differences, technical issues, specifications changes and any typographical errors on our site.
You are purchasing from a company in The Netherlands, so outside the US and Canada. We provide the same level of consumer protection.
Late Deliveries
Deliveries are late when delivery has not taken place in 30 days after your order was placed. Late deliveries will be compensated by a full refund of your purchase on the condtion that you refuse your parcel upon arrival.
Prices and Taxes
All prices shown on the Snowsledsonline website are listed netto, without sales tax. You will not be charged sales tax. Prices are exclusive of shipping charges. The minimum order value is $50 (excluding shipping fees).
Please note that in case of an order is shipped to a delivery address in Canada, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Snowsledsonline has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, Snowsledsonline cannot predict their amount. Snowsledsonline advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.
Payment methods
We accept payment and credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. No additional card fee is added. Our credit card payments are handled by our payment partner Mollie.
Shipping
Normally the time of standard delivery from our warehouse in The Netherlands is 5-10 business days after Snowsledsonline has accepted and confirmed your order. All orders are fully traceable using USPS or UPS Tracking. Shipping fee: $20,- per order (USPS-Canada Post) or $39 (DHL-UPS)
Returns
From the receipt of your order, your withdrawal is valid for 14 days. You are entitled to return individual items or the entire order if you would not be satisfied. Please note that the item or order including its original packaging must be returned to us in a marketable condition. You are the customer who is responsible for returning the right of withdrawal of a right of withdrawal. Note: Ice Skates cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.
Exchanges
When making an exchange, add a new order of the desired size/product. This reduces the risk that the product will be sold out and you will also receive your new product significantly faster. The order to be exchanged will be returned by our return terms, which you can read here. The amount of the returned order is refunded when the return is received and finalized.
Complaints
Should you receive the wrong product or a defective product, please contact our customer service before returning the goods, via info@snowsledsonline.com
Return-Refunds
We will process your return immediately upon arrival at our headquarters. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your exchange or return. Refunds will be made within ten days of receipt of your return.
Credit Card Payment – You will be refunded to the same card as your purchase was made. It usually takes 2-3 banking days before you get the money back on your account.
Warranty
Snowsledsonline sells all products with 3 years right of complaint according to the Consumer Buying Act. The product warranty covers only original manufacturing errors, i.e. errors found in the product upon delivery. Manufacturing errors must be noted by Snowsledsonline, after which the customer receives free repair or new product. Product Warranty does not apply when Snowsledsonline cannot find any product malfunction or when the customer has caused the damage itself. Product Warranty does not apply to handling errors, malfunctions or errors that occur at or after your own change in the product’s function and appearances, such as rebuilding, upgrading, or other configuration of the product. The customer’s invoice or receipt is valid as a guarantee. Should you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service before returning the goods, via info@snowsledsonline.com.
Personal information and cookies
When you visit our website, we will save some of your personal information to complete your purchase. You have the right to request access to your data, and if any information is incorrect, you may have it changed or deleted. Snowsledsonline has the right to change prices, charge extra costs and change product information without prior notice. Product images and other information aim to reflect the product as much as possible. However, we reserve ourselves for any errors that may occur on the web page and can not guarantee that all images accurately reflect the correct appearance of the product. The images should be seen as illustrations only. Image quality may also vary depending on the color settings you have on your computer.
Force majeure
Snowsledsonline shall be exempt from liability and other penalties caused by circumstances beyond the control of Snowsledsonline. Such circumstances include government intervention, new / amended legislation, war, fires, floods, work interruptions, prohibition, restrictions, tampering, bad transport and weather conditions, non-delivery from suppliers, or Snowsledsonline or its partners would be exposed for criminal activity.
User-generated content
Our webpage may include user-generated content from, for example, social media Snowsledsonline accepts no legal responsibility for such material. In case you suspect a copyright infringement, or infringement of any other right, or for any reason may be violated by content posted on the website, please contact our customer service.
Ownership
All products remain Snowsledsonline’s property until full payment is paid.
Termination
Snowsledsonline reserves the right to terminate your account and your use of the website at your sole discretion. For example, if Snowsledsonline suspects you have violated these terms and conditions. Such termination may be made without prior notice.

Snowsledsonline may review these terms and conditions from time to time. Each time you purchase a product from us, the terms and conditions will apply to the contract between you and Snowsledsonline.
