We had a very busy Chrismas saison, Thank you all for your trust in ordering from us.
In what currency are the prices displayed?
All prices are in US$. Prices may vary due to currency fluctuation, because we purchase our products from European factories in €. Prices will never be raised after you have placed your order.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, our minimum order value is US$39 (excluding $10 shipping fees) to spread delivery costs. We do not have a maximum order value.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Once your payment has been verified, we will process and ship your order within 1 working day.
How long does delivery take?
All parcels are shipped by FedEx* , the parcel will take between 2 and 5 business days to arrive. * XXL parcels for the United States are shipped by USPS. XXL parcels for Canada are shipped by Canada Post.
XXL parcels will take 5-10 business days to arrive.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a Fedex, USPS or Canada Post tracking number.
How much is the delivery cost?*
We will keep things easy by applying a flat shipping rate of $10 for shipping. This Including all states in the US and Canada.
Missing or incomplete order?
If you have received your order but it is incomplete, please contact us at info@snowsledsonline.com.
If your order is missing then please contact your courier regarding the status of the order. If you are still not having any luck then please email us at info@snowsledsonline.com
We will do all we can to make sure that you get the correct product as soon as possible.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we ship to Canada as well. UK visitors vist the UK website. If you wish to have your order shipped to Greenland, Finland, Iceland, Australia, New Zealand, please contact us.
What about custom duties and fees?
Orders up to US$800 and delivered by USPS are garanteed free of any duties and/or taxes for US customers(“The De Minimis” Tariff Exemption)*. For Canadian customers are all orders up to US$200 garanteed free of any duties/ and or taxes. In case you are facing fees or taxes upon arrival, we will cover all exprenses. In these cases, contact us.
* As of August 29 2025 ‘de minimis’ tariff exemption ends. Don’t worry, our parcels will be sent “delivered duty paid’.
What is your return policy?
You have the right to request a full refund on all products bought on our website within 14 days from the date of delivery. Note: Ice Skates cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.
The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Snowsledonline holds the right to additional charges if returns do not meet this criteria.
Pre-paid return-labels provided by Snowsledsonline to the customer must be used within 7 days of the shipping labels creation date. Snowsledsonline holds the right to refuse any returns shipped after this timeframe.
How can I return my order?
If you are not fully satisfied with the product you received, please send an inquiry by e-mail for a return label to info@snowsledsonline.com. You need your order number and the email address you used for the order, you will get further instructions there. Once returned, we will refund you the full value of purchased products to the same account from which the original payment was made.
What payment options do you accept?
PayPal and all major credit cards. Once the order is placed through our secured Stripe page, you’ll just have to fill out your credit or debit card details.
Our checkout is 100% safe, we use the same system that all the major banks of the world use, and as such it will only take a few seconds to process.At the check out, you are forwarded to our payment provider Mollie. Again, all major payment methods are accepted. Stripe is one of the largest payment providers and ensures that all payments are handled securely and offers buyer protection.
